TECNYFLEX is a thermoplastic resin, which comes in the form of a yellow elastic mass, with a rubbery appearance and that melts at a temperature of 80ºC.

With TECNYFLEX we can manufacture flexible moulds to be used to mould gypsum, plaster, artificial stone, concrete prefabs and pieces of polyester resin.

The moulds made with TECNYFLEX can be recovered and recast several times without hardly losing their properties. This makes it a very economical product.

In a melted state, TECNYFLEX has a very low viscosity, which facilitates casting and a perfect reproduction of the model. No release agents are required and it has good tear resistance. Also, the time of production of the moulds is minimal and its reproduction is immediate.
